1. Site publisher

beatrender.app is published by BeatRender, a sole-trader business (micro-entreprise) registered in France. Registration details (publisher name, legal form, company number) are provided on request at contact@beatrender.app.

2. Hosting

The site is hosted by OVH SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with capital of €10,174,560, registered with the Lille Métropole Trade and Companies Register under number 424 761 419, with its registered office at 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France — phone: 1007 — ovhcloud.com.

3. Business and payments

BeatRender is an online subscription service for beatmakers and music producers: it automatically generates videos, thumbnails and metadata from audio files, then publishes or schedules them on the YouTube, TikTok and BeatStars accounts connected by the user.

Sales terms, cancellation rules and the refund policy are set out in our Terms of Service. Card payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. (The One Building, 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Ireland); no card data passes through or is stored on our servers.

4. Intellectual property

The BeatRender platform, its browser extension, visual identity, texts and source code are protected by intellectual property law and remain the exclusive property of the publisher. Any reproduction or representation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

Music, visuals and reference images uploaded by users remain entirely their own property, under the conditions set out in the Terms of Service.

5. Personal data

How personal data is processed, how long it is kept and how to exercise your rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability, objection) are described in our Privacy Policy. Requests can be sent to contact@beatrender.app.

6. Consumer dispute resolution

Under Article L612-1 of the French Consumer Code, consumers may use a consumer ombudsman free of charge to settle a dispute amicably, after first trying to resolve it with us directly. The European Commission also provides an Online Dispute Resolution platform.
